Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days after you receive your item. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. We know this might not be ideal, but we genuinely believe you’ll be happy with your purchase! If you have any concerns, please contact us — we’ll do our best to help.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All items listed for sale are non-refundable. Additionally, we do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend placing a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, you’ll be notified and it will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact athloband@outlook.com.
